According to John Ratcliffe we are now looking at a conspiracy. And the former DNI said hiding Hunter’s laptop story was a coordinated attempt to mislead the American people.

John Ratcliffe: This was a coordinated effort to mislead the American people… Adam Schiff claiming that this was Russian disinformation and then having it peddled by Big Tech and former national security officials who all signed on in the weeks leading up to 2020, influenced the outcome of the election and I think they were successful in doing so.
John Ratliffe then added that the entire Law Firm Perkins Coie could be subject to indictment.

John Ratcliffe: This was a coordinated effort by Hillary Clinton Campaign officials, by executives who were working with them, lawyers who work for the campaign, all attempting to defraud the federal government… Defrauding the government is a felony, making false statements to federal investigators is a felony. And when multiple people do it together I think that is a conspiracy and I think that’s what is being revealed in John Durham’s filings… If multiple lawyers from a law firm are attempting to defraud the government or lie to the government, not just commit a campaign dirty trick but to peddle a false narrative to mislead investigators an entire law firm like Perkins Coie could be subject to indictment.

Former President Donald Trump now enjoys the highest favorability rating among the U.S. political leaders tracked in the RealClearPolitics (RCP) polling average, marking a striking political transformation from where he was months ago while leaving office.
Trump has a favorability rating of 45.8%, more than higher than President Biden's rating of 42.6%, according to the RCP average.
The other political leaders polled — Vice President Kamala , House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.), Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.), and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) — all have lower favorability numbers than both Trump and Biden.
Trump also has a lower unfavorability rating than all the other figures except for McCarthy and Schumer. ( reason Trump doesn't have the lowest is both McCarthy and Schumer garner significantly more responses of "don't know" or "unsure" than Trump.)
Even with such favorable results for Trump, they may not tell the full story of public for the 45th president.
Indeed, Trump tends to do better in job approval ratings than in favorability ratings. The latter tend to incorporate more personal feelings beyond evaluating a subject's performance in the office. Throughout Trump's time in the White House, polling showed the public approved of his job as president more than they approved of him as a person.

Truth Social has completed a migration to a massive cloud computing infrastructure run by the video giant Rumble, clearing the way for the social platform started by former President Donald Trump to onboard millions of users quickly, officials told Just the News.
The partnership between two of the nation's emerging free speech platforms — completed this week — means Truth Social will be ending its beta testing and controlled account creation and moving quickly to erase a backlog of consumers who have been waiting a few weeks to join the platform.
"Yesterday, Truth Social and Rumble took a major stride toward rescuing the internet from the grip of the Big Tech tyrants," said Devin Nunes, the former congressman who in January became CEO of Trump Media and Technology Group, which owns Truth Social.
Rumble, which has quickly emerged as a free-speech online video rival to more heavily moderated YouTube, hailed the migration as a major milestone as Truth Social became the first significant customer to join its cloud services business.
Nunes explained the reasoning behind a controlled rollout in a recent Just the News TV interview, saying he preferred ensuring quality control over a rushed deployment.

FOOD PROCESSING FIRES TIEM LINE

The crash near the General Mills plant comes after a string of food processing plants have been set ablaze across the United States over the past six months amid soaring food prices and historic inflation.
On August 11, Tyson Foods Inc TSN.N meat-processing plant in Kansas caught fire causing significant damage. The plant was subsequently indefinitely shut down despite providing approximately 6 percent of the US supply chain’s beef. Analysts warned the closure of the facility would catastrophically impact market prices nationwide.
Days later, on August 23, Patak Meat Products, a meat processor in Cobb County, Georgia was set ablaze. The temporary closure of the facility, a family-owned business had minimal impact on the national food supply chain.
On Sept 13, a third food plant was set on fire. JBS beef production plant in Grand Island, Nebraska, which processes 5 percent of the nation’s beef, was reportedly aflame for nearly 15 hours. Firefighters resorted to employing aerial devices and three engine companies to isolate the fire.
On February 22, Shearer’s Food Processing Plant in Hermiston, Oregon, which supplies a large portion of the western United States with potato chips, burned down.
On March 16, a Walmart facility in Indianapolis, Indiana was set aflame. The Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives bureau’s National Response Team is reportedly investigating the cause and origin of the fire.
On April 11, a fire demolished East Conway Beef & Pork. Just two cows were killed. Firefighters spent 16 hours hosing down the rubble, the Conway Daily Sun reports.
On April 13, a massive fire at the Talyor Farms Processing Facility in Salina, California was ignited, burning down nearly 85 percent of the 225,000 square foot building. The California agriculture company supplies salad kits in grocery stores nationwide.
Earlier this week, on April 19, a fire destroyed the headquarters of Azure Standard, the nation’s primary supplier of organic and healthy food. The cause of the fire remains unclear.
Azure Standard founder and CEO David Stelzer issued a statement warning the temporary shutdown of production would have a major detrimental impact on the supply chain.
“For our customers, three primary product groups are affected due to the destroyed automated liquid pour facility, fruit packing facilities and carob products facilities,” Stelzer said. “Because of this, we will experience out-of-stock status for Azure Market oils, honey and vinegars – basically any Azure Market liquid product – as well as our carob products for the short term. We are not yet at fruit harvest, so no immediate impact will be experienced from the loss of our fruit packing facility. None of the products we distribute for our vendors will be affected.”

Hand-Implanted Microchip “Walletmor” Will Work with Digital Wallet For Contactless Payments

London-based Walletmor is rolling out a microchip that can be implanted in the hand and will work with a digital wallet for contactless payments.
The tech company said the microchip will work with the “Purewrist” app and the implant procedure takes only 4 minutes.
microchip was first implanted into a human back in 1998, but it is only during the past decade that the technology has been available commercially.
And when it comes to implantable payment chips, British-Polish firm, Walletmor, says that last year it became the first company to offer them for sale.
The implant can be used to pay for a drink on the beach in Rio, a coffee in New York, a haircut in Paris – or at your local grocery store,” says founder and chief executive Wojtek Paprota. “It can be used wherever contactless payments are accepted.”
Walletmor’s chip, which weighs less than a gram and is little bigger than a grain of rice, is comprised of a tiny microchip and an antenna encased in a biopolymer – a naturally sourced material, similar to plastic.
Mr Paprota adds that it is entirely safe, has regulatory approval, works immediately after being implanted, and will stay firmly in place. It also does not require a battery, or other power source. The firm says it has now sold more than 500 of the chips.

A group of 309 pilots and flight attendants on Monday night asked the court to mandate that the TSA must be permanently enjoined from ever again issuing health directives that have nothing to do with transportation security.
Never again say a group of pilots and flight attendants across the county. Never again do they want the TSA to be able to put in place mask mandates that have nothing to do with transportation security.
It was a wonderful surprise to hear of Judge Mizelle’s ruling yesterday that vacated CDC’s unlawful Federal Transportation Mask Mandate,” said Janviere Carlin of Uxbridge, Massachusetts, a JetBlue pilot based in Boston who coordinated the enormous amount of signatures on the amicus curiae brief filed in support of 13 flyers from nine states and the District of Columbia who brought six lawsuits challenging the TSA’s legal authority. “Despite this wonderful judgment striking down CDC’s ability to force masking, we still filed our brief in the Wall v TSA case because we are not fooled into thinking that this administration will give up so easily.”
In their 36-page brief with 17 exhibits, the airline workers argued that TSA must be permanently enjoined from ever again issuing health directives that have nothing to do with transportation security. Pilots and flight attendants told the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit that TSA’s mask mandate violates Federal Aviation Administration safety regulations; creates chaos in the sky, recklessly endangering aviation safety and security; the agency failed to take into account that airplane cabins pose little risk for coronavirus spread; masks pose serious health risks to humans forced to wear them, including those who work in the transport sector; and it fails to comply with Occupational Safety & Health Administration rules for face coverings.
“We are subject to the Mask Mandate every hour we are working, with an exception only for pilots on duty in the cockpit due to safety reasons,” according to the filing. “While passengers only have to endure forced masking when traveling on public transportation, we are expected to obstruct our oxygen intake nearly all the time while at work. This endangers our health and imperils aviation safety.”
